History

The Ministry, under the leadership of Prophet Mike Olubunmi Agboola, started as a fellowship in November 2009 at 5pm in the sitting room with 13 people at Prophet Mike Agboola’s residence: Amumeji Street, Oke -lbadan, after which the fellowship was moved to the car garage.
At the 2nd year, the fellowship, was moved to the General Overseer’s sisters house at Aromolaran area, lbadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. And in 2009, the ministry observed its first Sunday Service at Temidire Street, after lbadan North East L.G.A lwo road, lbadan, Oyo State.
The Ministry which began with a fellowship of thirteen members, now has thousands of worshippers globally.

The first program of Jehovah Power Miracle Tabernacle (JPMT), during the fellowship years was ” The Way Out”, holding after every Sunday Service at 5pm.This was introduced, to enable members discover God’s original design and purpose for fulfilling destiny, thus invoking divine intervention as solution to all problems.

Other programs such as, Healing Hour, Miracle Hour and Anointing service, as been incorporated with time which holds every last Thursdays of the month, has caused a tremendous turnaround in peoples lives as testimonies galore confirms the presence of God at all times.

Furthermore, The Power of Pentecost Crusade which kicked off in May 13, 2016 at the open field of lbadan North East Local Government, held every 2nd Friday of the month, also made the ministry to witness a great turn around, as many souls were converted, liberated and transformed.

In January 2020, the ministry commenced another crusade at Amphi theatre, Adamasingba Stadium. It became another medium of blessing to people and the body of Christ entirely .

The Ministry with the leading of the Holy Spirit produced the Wisdom Digest, which is a daily devotional package for congregational, family and individual use.

This ministry humanitarian programs are solely coordinated by the General Overseer and these include:

Food provisions for the needy at the close of services or programs.
Accommodations and financial assistance in divers forms which ministers to the needs of the people within the community.
Educational support and scholarships for students from primary to university levels.

Jehovah Power Miracle Tabernacle established many groups within to support the mandate of the ministry, and also to meet the needs of the saints in the church; which includes Men , Women, Youths, children and Evangelism.

The gospel of Christ through Jehovah power miracle tabernacle has spread through out the world, this is evidenced by the newly launched daily programs on radio, television stations and all other social media platforms.

Presently, Jehovah Power Miracle Tabernacle, has become a fully functional body of Christ that is wining souls and baptizing them with Holy Ghost and Fire.

Jehovah Power Miracle Tabernacle, has been through many different positive changes and is blessed with well paid staffs, which include Pastors, Evangelists and other technical staffs. The ministry to the glory of God, has a proven power and potentials for international break through, signs and wonders; and have members nationally and in the diaspora
